Story

Ever since I was a little girl growing up in Peru I’ve had a passion for art. I remember getting my first paint brush set at 6 years old. Thanks to the support my parents gave me in pursuing my dream, painting and designing became my first true love. After I graduated from school and moved to the USA, I stopped painting, working in different jobs but I wasn’t happy. 

Then in 2013 a fur angel walked into my life: a skinny, four-pound girl with black spots, a wet nose and big ears. From the moment I met Lalita we had an amazing connection. This beautiful chihuahua had been living in an auto body shop, trying to survive from one day to the next. She was so skinny I could see her ribs. After I heard her story, I knew I had to adopt her. After months of trying to convince her family they finally said yes, and my life changed forever. Later that year during an especially sad time in my life, “Lalita” and I became inseparable. She licked my tears when I was down and made me laugh when I needed it the most. She taught me what unconditional love truly is, and was a daily reminder to me to always live in the present. This “cosita bella” stole my heart and became my furry best friend. During all these years I was looking for my one true calling, I wanted to do something related to fur babies, and to give back all the love that I received from them, so I decided to launch Sketch Pup! in 2018. My goal is to bring joy to you and your family with my custom pet designs, plus a portion of every dollar I make will be donated to local animal rescue organizations in need.

Due to Covid-19 we are not shipping for the moment to Costa Rica, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, India, Panama, Philippines, and South Africa.

You shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.
Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Delivery times are shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.

A custom design can take from 1 to 5 business days. DUE TO COVID-19, ORDER TIMELINIES ARE LONGER THAN USUAL AS WE WORK TO KEEP OUR TEAM SAFE & HEALTHY, DURING THIS TIME.

How It Works

1. Take a clear picture of your furry baby.
2. Choose a product, check out, send me a picture of your pet at [email protected] and tell me 3 options of its personality.
3. I will contact you and together we can finalize your pet personality and I start designing it. The design can take from 1 to 5 business days.
4. I will email you the final design with 2 different backgrounds so you can choose one. Your art will be signed on the front.
5. If you are not happy with your pet design, I can make all the changes that you want before I send it to print. After you approve your design, I print it and ship it to you.

Purchase of products

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a Product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.
All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Sketch Pup! will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at [email protected] before you return the item to us.

The return address is set by default on the delivery slip. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we don't do size exchanges. Hopefully, you understand that this is a custom print item.
